This is a rich, deep red Pinotage: a resplendent expression of South Africa’s native grape. The wine is full-bodied, with an intense nose and silky tannins. Decadent dark fruit and red fruit, stewed cherry and spicy characters. The finish is long and lingering.

Pair with lamb shank and ledombolo.
