With an intense nose that exudes ample white pepper and dark fruit, the palate is a tremendous crescendo of flavour. A full-bodied, single-variety, cool-climate red wine that is characterised by complexity and intensity. With a long, charismatic finish, the Syrah leaves a lasting impression. Outstanding: no shrinking violet. 

Pair with T-bone or ribeye steak.
