Red fruit; grippy tannins.
South Africa’s unique grape finds a comfortable home with Kumusha. This example is slightly medium- to full-bodied, with a bright ruby colour. On the nose, red fruits, such as strawberry, cherries are met with spice. On the palate, the wine evidences fresh acid, and slightly grippy tannins. A Pinotage with a medium finish.
Pair with game, turkey, spicy dishes and curries, or skop (sheep’s head).
