Bloukom in the Bordeaux style.
Comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this is essentially a Bordeaux-style blend. Light bloukom (or eucalyptus) aromas on the nose meet spice and dark fruit, in a manner that comforts. The wine is full-bodied and deep ruby in colour, with medium tannins and a medium finish.
Pair with pan-seared steak and roast vegetables.
